The drum won't spin and the display shows error E50 — what's wrong?
In most cases, unfortunately, the problem could be a broken motor.
Alternatively, it could be a snapped belt or tensioner caused by a broken spring.
In either case, the replacement is far from straightforward and requires a qualified engineer, as the machine needs to be almost completely dismantled to carry out the repair properly.
